Elo is a Year 13 student. In March, she researched testing systems for AI chatbots to reduce biases and discriminatory content with Neha Adapala, winning 3rd place in an international competition. Elo has also collaborated with the AI Fringe, where she hosted a workshop titled ‘Responsible AI: A Policy Approach to Bias Eradication’. She also spoke at a panel discussion about synthetic media and its impact on youth under the AI + Society Forum. She hopes to study Computer Science and Philosophy at University.
