Fotini Skarlatou is an HR professional, with 18 years of experience in various roles in the banking industry, ten of which in Internal Communications. She holds a BA in European Studies (German and Hispanic Studies) from Queen Mary University of London, and an MA in Communications, Media and Public Relations from the University of Leicester. In 2024 she completed the AI Fundamentals: Governance Course offered by BlueDot Impact. Her interests include AI Governance, AI Ethics, and AI Safety. She aspires to actively contribute to the field, both within her role in HR, as well as by participating in projects that further AI education and AI safety.
